As a Coeliac there are a number of things that I don't even attempt in my kitchen. I like to think that I'm adventurous in the kitchen with my different flours and conversion of 'normal' recipes to gluten free but I'm not really because I haven't made delicious little delicasies like these eclairs from Kitsch in the Kitchen. Maybe one day, I will try  a choux pastry gluten free.... but not today!
